We use eClinicalWorks in our outpatient setting and switched from Krames Education to Santovia. We have had excellent buy-in and feedback from the Providers. Not only have Fiona and her team provided virtual sessions/calls as needed, but they have also continued to be engaged and check-in and ask for feedback. Her team has provided us with adjustments and/or additions (specialty instructions) as the requests by Providers come in.
