“The activation was simply accomplished from within eCW. We activated Santovia via our Product Activation page, then notified eCW, who did some backend work overnight, and we were using it the next morning. A simple and thorough training webinar explained everything we needed to know to get started!
Santovia is very intuitive and user-friendly; with a couple of clicks, patient education is either published to the patient portal or printed as a handout (or both!) with a statement dropping onto the Progress Note (for MIPS/MU credit). Even our “more-seasoned” providers can quickly navigate the application with ease.
Support is very responsive and extremely helpful. Issues are quickly addressed and resolved (typically within 24 hours). I was pleasantly surprised to even receive case updates after hours.
